the staff was very helpful with our restaurant bookings and questions we had, i was grateful. the location was excellent and offered great value. our room featured lofty ceilings with luxurious drapes. i also appreciated the two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.
i noticed that the christmas decoration at the hotel featured a single two meter tall christmas tree made of plastic. it felt a little underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber.

The breakfast was really something special, a great selection of gluten-free options made it easier for me. the breakfast hall seemed like dining in a ballroom, very fancy. after long days, the spa area was a welcome retreat. I found the steam room and sauna relaxing. they even prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for our early departure which i thought was a nice touch.
The aged appearance affected my feeling of comfort. i hope they consider an upgrade soon, it would make a big difference for nervous guests.

the room was spacious and super clean i enjoyed the upgrade. the staff was very attentive and everything was really good. i plan to return in the future.
the hotel had no bellboy and the reception area was not clearly indicated.

The breakfast buffet was quite good. I found a reasonable variety and the quality was acceptable.
The staff seemed uninterested in assisting with luggage upon arrival. I had to manage it myself. There was no bellboy available at the entrance. This lack of assistance did not align with my expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.
